The Foundation administers a program tailored for emerging leaders within Middle Eastern Christian communities. This initiative constitutes both a concomitant project intrinsically linked with the organization’s academic and cultural collaborations, and an interdisciplinary endeavor permeating its diverse operational domains.

The aim is to cultivate collective and individual leadership to accelerate the impact of new generations of Christian leaders across communities, borders and sectors, united and driven by the purpose to use their talents for the common goal of securing a future wherein Christian communities in the Middle East, contingent on their specific circumstances, either re-establish or preserve security and stability, and resume or continue growing and thriving.

The Foundation operates on the premise that by pooling their diverse skills, experiences and networks they can achieve more together. Hence the endeavor to foster collaboration, identify and champion ways to scale-up, amplify and accelerate their impact, in the common interest of Christian communities in Middle East.

A prerequisite for participation in the program for emerging leaders is the espousal of this vision.

Indeed, despite the often arduous and turbulent events that have marked its history, the Lord of history has permitted the Middle East to see, from the time of Jesus until today, a continuity in the presence of Christians. This enduring legacy finds itself at a critical juncture: as various Christian communities now grapple with the challenges of survival, the imperative for Christian unity has never been more acute—unity among the region’s Christian communities foremost, coupled with steadfast support from the baptized across the world.

These Christian communities in Eastern lands are bound by a shared journey, confronting common challenges and facing a collective future. Consequently, it is only through solidarity, cohesion, and cooperation that they can remain, grow, and prosper.

The God who has bestowed talents upon these emerging leaders calls them to employ these gifts to ensure a vibrant and fruitful Christian presence in Eastern lands. They are also called to be active and contributing Christians within and for Middle Eastern societies, fully participating in the development of their nations as fellow citizens.
